Assistant Dean of Students Job Description:

1. The candidate should provide necessary proceedings in residential stuff recruitment and selection as well as proper training to the hired staff.
2. Provide due orientation curriculums for newly joined students in the University and make them familiar with other staffs and faculties.
3. Should supervise on matters like no alcohol/no smoking on the campus and educate students about the harmful effects of such things.
4. Should be able to give proper guidance in case of sports/recreational/cultural fests organized in the college.
5. Coordinate with University Campus Police on various problems and issues within the University.
6. Process documents, build databases, accumulate statistics, tabulate survey results, enter data and distribute reports, draft and transcribe correspondence, and distribute correspondence.
7. Should have at least 15-18 years of experience as the Assistant Dean of Students.
