1. Should be a B.Tech with MBA and have good banking industry experience and exposure to banking systems.
2. Should have experience in one of the following: interviewing, data modeling [preferably], business process modeling [preferably], business object modeling and user interface design.
3. Coordinate with other departments for process completion and issue resolution.
4. Should conduct post-release review on system and marketing campaign and be responsible for feasibility study and execute control record setting
5. Should prepare monthly closing entries and assist in monthly closing.
6. Experience of 5-6 years in the domain of banking is essential.
