Bartender Job Description:

* They are responsible for mixing and serving drinks to patrons, directly or through wait staff.
* They have to mix ingredients, such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters, to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
* They have to assist in re filling extra stocking items like rollups, pockets, polish cutlery, or setting up the brunch or buffet.
* They are required to arrange bottles and glasses to make attractive display; they may also slice and pit fruit for garnishing drinks.
* They may also ask customers who become loud and obnoxious to leave, or physically remove them.
* Prepare appetizers, such as pickles, cheese, and cold meats.
