Building Inspector Job Description:

1. The candidate should Inspect residential and commercial buildings during various stages of construction and remodeling; enforce compliance with applicable codes, ordinances and regulations.
2. Should routinely patrol and inspect properties throughout the city to monitor compliance with local codes.
3. Should be able to manage teams of sub-contractors and enforce building code standards.
4. Should have at least 10-12 years of experience in this field.
