Chief Nursing Officer Job Description:

1. As a Chief Nursing Officer you will be responsible to provide leadership for the nursing and professional staffs.
2. Will insure high consistent quality care delivery in a cost effective manner.
3. You will have to develop and implement the philosophy and objectives of the Department, which are in keeping with the overall System mission and objectives.
4. You will be supervising all nursing and ancillary support personnel involved in the planning, implementation of and evaluation of patient care services throughout the facility.
5.You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the regulatory compliance at the State and Federal levels; as well as experience with preparing and participating in Joint Commission and hospital licensure surveys.
