* To keep in contact with various companies and send them the resumes of the students.
* To find the list of shortlisted candidates and arrange their interviews as well as written examination.
* To inform the students about their selection in various companies.
* To prepare the selected candidate chart and to report to the top level.
* To maintain the list in the database of the recruiting department of the college.
