1. The candidate should function as a team leader providing work direction to less experienced employees as required. Actively participates in developing more junior consultants in OCD and CE assignments.
2. Should have strong analytical and problem solving skills.
3. Should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering discipline, Business, Industrial Management or other degree with relevant experience in the Organization Performance field. A Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
4. Should have 7-8 years of experience as an engineering Consultant.
