1. The candidate is responsible for managing a multi-discipline force of engineers and designers for the development of project.
2. The Engineering Manager must have a very strong engineering and varied project experience background from concept and permitting through engineering, procurement, construction and startup commissioning and turnover.
3. The candidate must take the interest of client into account and provide independent professional advice.
4. The person should keep a track of the progress of the work and ensure that the task gets completed on time. Maintain records of expenditure, accounting, costing and billing.
5. Candidate must be experienced mentoring engineers, designers and draftsmen.
6. Should have minimum of 10-12 years of experience as an Engineering Manager.
