1. The candidate should be able to design, develop, test, manufacture, and repair electrical and electronic equipment.
2. Inspect construction projects and conduct lab and field tests on construction materials to ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
3. Should be able to prepare electronic layouts, charts, detailed scale drawings, and material and equipment requirements from sketches, specifications, and standard layouts.
4. Should assist in devising an engineering modification of a prototype machine and instituted a procedure for operating it.
5. Should have 8-10 years of experience in this field.
