Entry Level Banking Job Description:

* Should greet customers, build a rapport with them and thank them for their business.
* Process customers’ bank account transactions accurately and efficiently, including: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and check cashing.
* Should follow established procedures in compliance with applicable laws and policies.
* Prepare and deliver performance evaluations for teller staff. Manage daily teller and branch operational activities. Train teller staff, may schedule staff and delegate work assignments.
* Should have minimum of two years experience in cash handling and have basic keyboarding and data entry skills.
* Should posses’ excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
