* Be responsible for system implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and testing of human Resources applications consisting of Human Resource, Benefits, and Payroll, Recruiting, and Self Service modules.
* Participate in requirements gathering, systems analysis, functional specification development and QA testing to meet all system requirements.
* Set-up modules that drive reporting and processes for the entire system.
* Support and troubleshoot system functionality.
* Write SQL queries as to download and analyze data.
* Analyze and suggest new processes and procedures for improved module and system functionality.
