Hardware Engineer Job Description:

1. The person should analyze information for determining and planning layout, including of computers and peripheral equipment modifications.
2. Should monitor functioning of equipment and make necessary modifications to ensure system operates in conformance with specifications.
3. Must have a degree/diploma in IT hardware and networking.
4. The person should design and develop computer hardware and support peripherals, including central processing units (CPUs), support logic, microprocessors, custom integrated circuits, and printers and disk drives.
5. Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements.
6. Should have 8-10 years of experience as a hardware engineer.
