2. The person is required to ensure the physical safety and health welfare of the children and have overall responsibility for day to day discipline in the school.
3. Should lead the Monitor, Evaluate and Review of teaching and learning.
4. The person should ensure that the management, finance, organization and administration of the school support its vision and aims.
5. The person should be able to implement strategies which secure high standards of behavior and attendance.
6. Should have at least 3-5 years of experience in as a Head teacher.
