* To develop instructionally sound design document or content outline in terms of structure, flow, content coverage and complexity level.
* To collaborate effectively with instructional design team members and instruct functional team members to achieve common targets and goals.
* They should have good knowledge of e-Learning methodology, Instructional Design theories, models, application and designing tools.
* Learning needs assessment for job and task analysis, learner environment analysis, and instructional systems design models for program design and development.
* To analyze the overall customer requirements, analyze the content given by the customer and design appropriate instructional solutions in terms of content coverage and strategies.
