Lawyer Job Description:

1. The candidate should be able to advise clients concerning business transactions, claim liability, advice prosecuting or defending lawsuits and other legal procedures.
2. Research and analyze complex legal questions and issue and prepare confidential legal memoranda, court papers, and briefs.
3. Should be able to review organizational documents, prepare and examine contracts which involved government grants, leases, licenses, purchases, sales, insurance, and/or easements.
4. Prepare extensive reports and document all the legal/required files/documents of the company.
5. Should have at least 10-15 years of experience working as a lawyer.
