* To work according to the orders of the senior recruiter.
* To maintain standard while selecting resumes. You will have to select the best out of the best but according to the client’s requirements. For example you cannot select a thirty year experience holder for junior software programmer. Keep this in mind.
* To manage the resumes and save them in the database of the company in proper manner.
* If ordered then you will have to attend the job fairs as well helping out the senior members.
