Nurse Recruiter Job Description:

1. The recruiter must work closely with the team embers for making sure that all the vacant Nursing positions are filled by apt/qualified candidates.
2. The nurse recruiter serves as s a primary liaison between the client and All Medical Personnel and is expected to conduct his or her correspondence with the utmost professionalism.
3. The job also includes client visits, conventions, seminars, outreach or training opportunities and the person is expected to follow-up with the principles of the company,
4. Should have minimum of 7-8 years of experience in this field.

I am looking for an opportunity of a Nurse recruiter in a company having 5 years of experience in working with clients and candidates to help fill open positions of nurses and counseling/coaching the organization by giving innovative or useful hiring ideas.
