Operation Manager Job Description:

1. They have to plan, direct and Coordinate the operations of companies or public and private sector organizations.
2. They are responsible for formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources.
3. They need to provide support to any number of projects from an operational, financial and resource standpoint.
4. They need to assist in the establishment and ensure fulfillment of operational unit’s short-term and long-term goals with overall corporate objectives.
