1. The person is responsible for performing project administration for projects awarded to outside contractors, preparing reports, designing, plans, bid documents and plans for construction projects.
2. Works with client and agency representatives in the field and is capable of identifying potential changes to scope and comprehending contract requirements.
3. Assist Chief Engineer and Department Heads in developing and implementing long and short range plans for capital and operating projects and improvements for the Utility.
4. Assist with the development and maintenance of the Utility’s public improvements specifications including standard drawings and specifications.
5. Should have 10-12 years of experience in this field.
