Radio Frequency Engineer Job Description:

* Responsible for optimizing, planning and improving the performance of the GSM network.
* To analyze statistical as well as drive test data and to improve systems performance indicator. Some of the indicators are dropped calls, blocked calls, origination failure, hand off features as well as you will be responsible for attaining the departmental goals.
* You will also be required to work on the VB script in order to improve the processing of the network performance data.
* To check for the proper functioning of the RF.
* To supervise the maintenance of all the antennas in the area assigned.
