1. The person should be able to direct and control retail banking activities and resources for meeting retail banking objectives.
2. Should be able to convert business requirement to functional requirement and able to discuss all the strategies with the clients and business users.
3. Help the team in resolving functional related queries in respect to retail banking and should be able to undertake functional testing.
4. Direct and follow up with AGMs on implementing of audit comments in order to avoid repeated criticism. Guide and direct AGMs to monitor control and follow up classified accounts.
5. Minimum 15 years of experience in a bank or related department is essential.
