Senior Architect Job Description:

1. Should be able to apply probabilistic, machine learning and data mining techniques to build models to improve relevance, revenue, and user experience.
2. Must have an exposure of high rise buildings and must be aware of the advanced CD rules.
3. He/she should have sound architectural design concepts and well versed in latest software’s and should be in a position to lead a team of architects.
4. Co ordination & Liason with different architect, authorities to obtain approvals of Residential / commercial buildings in BMC, TMC, MBMC & CIDCO (VVSR) areas.
5. Experience of 10-20 years is required.
