1. The software engineer should be very familiar with specialized languages relevant to the technologies employed (Java, C++, C#.NET as examples) and should hold a diploma/degree in Computer Science.
2. Should research, design and write new programs.
3. Experience with multiple operating systems (Windows XP, Windows 2003, Solaris, AIX, Linux, HP-UX). Experience with application servers (WebLogic 8.1, IBM WebSphere 5.x).
4. The person should work closely with other staff such as project managers, graphic artists, systems analysts, and sales and marketing professionals to achieve the goals of the organization.
