Technical Instructor Job Description:

1. The candidate should work as a Network Administrator and take classes of program management related technical subjects.
2. Responsibilities include conducting assessments for determined training, accurately identifying the target audiences, validating and developing training materials including course objectives.
3. Should coach and mentor training participants and also act as a subject matter expert to evaluate course content and structure.
4. Preferred technical background with at least 1 of the core technology listed: AIX/HPUX/Solaris/Linux/Ms Window OS, database such as Oracle/DB2.
5. Should have worked as a technical instructor for 7-8 years.
