Telemetry Nurse Job Description:

1. The candidate should be a graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing and must have at least 3-4 years of experience as a Telemetry nurse.
2. The candidate should be skilled in meeting the growth and development needs of neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric groups, as required.
3. Should assist the physician with regards to patient care and administration of drugs.
4. Should be able to manage a safe and clean patient environment.
5. Should collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

To obtain the full time position of Telemetry Nurse in a hospital where I am able to utilize my knowledge and expertise in the areas of pre- & post-op open heart, cardiac catheterization, RNs and PCTs, patient care and monitoring, crisis management and troubleshooting problems. I also have the ability to maintain calm and caring environment throughout the hospital.
