1. The candidate should guide/instruct students and should be bale to sole their emotional/psychological problems.
2. Is responsible for maintaining records on each student who is being tutored, including follow-up and periodic assessment.
3. Should help students develop self-confidence, raise self-concept, and reduce anxiety or fear of failure in academic work.
4. Should assist students in achieving a better understanding of specific subject material and in improving academic capabilities in designated areas.
5. Should have at least 3-4 years of experience in this field.
