1. Should be able to assist the lead counselor, administer tests, evaluate results and make recommendations for the future development of students.
2. Primary duties include counseling vocational students, testing, meeting with individuals and assisting them to make decisions and resolve problems effectively.
3. Should be able to administer positive attitude, confidence and self-esteem in students.
4. Set up and assemble various methods of evaluation, test results and the acknowledgements with their necessitate presentations.
5. Should have at least 5-6 years of experience in this field.
